2. How to Make a Reservation
- The Reservation Forms for each accommodation are attached to this email.
- Participants who wish to book a room should submit the Reservation Form directly to the respective accommodation.
- All matters related to reservations, cancellations, and modifications are solely subject to the policies of each accommodation provider. The ISS 2025 Secretariat holds no responsibility in this regard, and participants are required to contact the accommodations directly for any inquiries.
- As room availability may vary depending on the number of applicants, we strongly encourage participants to make their reservations as early as possible. Additionally, reservation deadlines may differ by accommodation, so please check in advance.
- Payment and cancellation policies vary by accommodation. Please ensure that you review the specific terms of your chosen accommodation before making a reservation.
3. Accommodation Benefits for Platinum & Diamond Sponsors
- Platinum and Diamond sponsors are entitled to one complimentary room as part of their sponsorship benefits.
- If additional rooms are required, extra charges will apply, and participants should contact the ISS 2025 Secretariat for further details.
Since accommodation arrangements are managed and operated independently by each provider, all inquiries related to reservations should be addressed directly to the respective accommodations. The ISS 2025 Secretariat bears no responsibility for accommodation reservations or operations, and participants are required to coordinate their bookings directly with the accommodations. However, we will do our best to provide any necessary assistance to ensure a smooth event experience.
